SRView SRView is a medical image viewer . It may be used for analysis as it is Tcl/Tk extensible. SRView operates on 2D and 3D images and graphics. It supports 3 orthogonal views with ROI analysis. CpMed CpMed is a 3D+time medical image file copy command line utility. CpMed can read AFNI, DICOM, FLAT and NIAAA format images and write AFNI and NIAAA format images. Linux and other UNIX workstations .
