License Agreement

This is a blanket license agreement covering the following software produced by Synergy Research Inc.: Synapse, Score, Feeder, Synergy IP. Below, this software and its associated documentation is referred to as The Software and The Manual, respectively.

This software is distributed without charge. However, it is a licensed product.

The ownership of Synapse resides with Synergy Research Inc. The Software is provided for your use as a license. As a license holder you have specific rights. You may: (1) use this software; (2) install the software on a hard disk; (3) maintain a backup of the program; (4) distribute copies to your friends provided you also distribute a copy of this license. You may not: (1) sell this product or use source code in a product that is sold without our permission (we are very generous); (2) use this product or code in areas that may generate a liability or put humans at risk such as medical or industrial applications; (3) use or modify source code unless you are a certified, licensed Developer and have signed an agreement with Synergy Research Inc.

The Software is provided "AS IS". Synergy Research Inc.makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the described software or its fitness for any particular purpose. The exclusion of implied warranties are not permitted in some states. The above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. There may be other rights that you may have which vary from state to state.

In no event will Synergy Research Inc. or its dealers be liable for any damages including, but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, loss of time, personal injury, death or other incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of this program, or the inability to use this program however caused even if Synergy Research Inc. has been advised of the possibility of damage. Every attempt was made to accurately reflect the program in the documentation. Limitations on liability expressed in this paragraph apply to the manual and to discrepancies between the manual and program.

Synergy Research Inc. invites comments and suggestions regarding this manual and the software. We will endeavor to correct any discrepancies between the manual and software and to correct errors and weaknesses in the software. Such comments and suggestions become the property of Synergy Research Inc.
